ENGINE DONOR OVERHAUL PLAN

STEP 1

ENGINE OVERHAUL INQUIRY

♦  Contact us by phone, email or by using our parts inquiry form
♦  Explain to us your request and requirements
♦  Provide the vehicle’s year, make, model, VIN, and specs
♦  Photos of your vehicle will also be requested
♦  Your information will be inputted into our system

STEP 2

TIMELY RESPONSE

♦  We will respond to your inquiry with our suggestions
♦  Give you options on how we can assist you
♦  Provide a pathway to complete your project

STEP 3

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

♦  Once you have decided to proceed, an initial deposit or full payment for the overhaul is required.
♦  A payment request invoice will be sent via email.
♦  The invoice will include the description of the work to be completed and payment options.
♦  Depending on the payment method chosen, it may take between 2 to 10 days for our bank to receive the funds.
♦  Upon receiving your deposit, the search and purchase of the donor engine will commence.

STEP 4

DONER ENGINE PROCUREMENT

♦  If the engine is not in stock, a donor engine will be acquired
♦  Donor engine nationwide search
♦  Donor engine purchase and transport to our shop
♦  Donor engine disassembly and thorough inspection

STEP 5

INSPECTION and OVERHAUL

♦  Engine and parts cleaning
♦  Replacement parts ordering
♦  Resurfacing and repairs
♦  Engine calibration

STEP 6

OVERHAUL COMPLETION

♦  We will do our utmost to complete the overhaul as quickly as possible.
♦  There are times when parts will need to be backordered.
♦  Notification of the completion of your overhauled engine will be made by telephone, email, or both..
♦  We will provide several options for shipment at this time.
♦  A final invoice will be prepared and sent by email.
♦  Payment is required within the requested payment period.

STEP 7

SHIPMENT and DELIVERY

♦  Upon receipt of the final payment, we will prepare your engine for shipment
♦  Engine and parts will be carefully packaged and boxed
♦  A engine service manual will be sent by email to assist your mechanic
♦  We will ship using your chosen shipping option
♦  Tracking information will be sent via email prior to or on the shipment date
